だんだん怖くて食事ができなくなってきた。
こう痛みが続くと、さすがに体力も気力もおちてきたんじゃ。
んで思いついたのがお粥。
今日は、麦ご飯に鮭をほぐして煮込んだんじゃ。
けっこうおいすぃい。
当分これでやってみよう。

野菜だと思ってチンしたら焼きそばだった。
野菜だけたべたんじゃ。
